How to order

- If the card isn't selectable on your account, the feature may not be enabled for you yet — contact support to turn it on
What the candidate provides
- License number and issuing state or board for each license
- Multiple licenses can be verified on one order
What results show
- License number and type
- Current status — active, expired, suspended, or revoked
- Issuing board or agency
- Disciplinary actions where the board publishes them
Limitations and delays
- Verification depends on the issuing board — most respond within 1–3 business days, but some boards verify only by mail or phone
- An expired or lapsed license shows as found but not active — review against your role requirements
