Access the correct account

  • Use your own approved business account and verify the organization before accessing reports.
  • If access fails, follow the recovery instructions shown in the app or contact support; never share passwords or codes.
  • Ask your administrator about required permissions rather than using another teammate’s login.

Prepare for support

  • Include your account email, organization name, and a sanitized description of the access problem.
  • Do not send SSNs, IDs, bank details, medical information, passwords, verification codes, or report files through ordinary email or public chat. Ask support for an approved secure channel if evidence is needed.
