Profile access

If you were provided Ethur Profile access, follow the approved link or instructions supplied for that profile. This page does not provide a separate profile sign-in or private report access.

Confirm your access

  • Use the profile instructions actually provided to you; do not assume a candidate invitation or customer account is interchangeable.
  • If you cannot find them, ask support whether Profile access is available and how to recover it.
  • Do not create multiple accounts or use another person’s credentials to gain access.

Sharing and privacy

  • Confirm what information is shared, who can see it, and how approved access changes work before sharing.
  • Do not assume a previously downloaded report can be withdrawn from its recipient.
  • Do not send SSNs, IDs, bank details, medical information, passwords, verification codes, or report files through ordinary email or public chat. Ask support for an approved secure channel if evidence is needed.
