What candidates can do

- View every screening and its results in one place
- Manage their employment reports and verification status
- File a dispute if they believe something is inaccurate — with supporting documents attached
- Run a background check on themselves with self-screening
The application itself
- A guided, step-by-step wizard — the steps adapt to the checks you ordered
- Rights, disclosure, and authorization acknowledgments with a typed e-signature
- Extra steps only when needed: references, licenses, education, identity verification, or income connection
- Sensitive data like SSN is stored isolated from the rest of the application
Access and security
Candidates sign in with a secure link sent to their email — no password to forget. Each link is verified before any personal data is shown, and sessions expire automatically.
