Education verification
Education verification confirms the degrees and certifications a candidate claims with the schools that issued them. Pricing is based on how many degrees you verify — not on usage.

How to order
- Toggle Education verification in the add-on grid when building your order
- If the card isn't selectable on your account, the feature may not be enabled for you yet — contact support to turn it on
What the candidate provides
- School name, degree, and dates of attendance for each entry
- Up to 3 schools can be listed per order
What results show
- Attendance and enrollment dates confirmed with the school
- Degree or certification awarded, and graduation date
- Any mismatch with what the candidate listed
Turnaround and common delays
- Most verifications complete in 1–3 business days
- Schools that respond manually — or during breaks and holidays — can take longer
- Incorrect school names or campuses are a common cause of delays; accurate candidate entries help
