Property income requirements
Every property is different. Ethur lets you set the criteria per property — rent, minimum credit score, income multiple, and history rules — so every applicant is measured against the same bar.
Criteria you can set
- Monthly rent and required income multiple (for example, 3× rent)
- Minimum credit score
- Eviction and bankruptcy history rules
How criteria are applied
When a report completes, each section is checked against the property's criteria and marked pass or review. Joint applications are evaluated on combined household income automatically.
Update criteria anytime from the property settings — changes apply to new reports.
