How to invite an applicant
- From the dashboard, choose the property the applicant is applying for
- Enter their name and email — one invite per applicant
- For joint applications, invite every adult; each gets their own report
What the applicant completes
- Identity verification with a government ID and biometrics
- Consent for credit and background checks
- Income verification by connecting payroll or their bank
Applicants finish on their phone in a few minutes — no scanning, faxing, or emailing documents.
